FAQ

When you first arrive and meet our staff, you’ll fill out your new patient paperwork. This helps our team get to know you better. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork. Or, you can get a head start by filling out your patient forms now.  Under patient portal, click on the “New Patient Medical History” tab and fill out the information there.

New patients often ask if they can have their teeth cleaned during their first visit. Your dental treatments usually begin with a follow-up visit, often scheduled as soon as the next day. We need to see you first for a comprehensive exam and then schedule adequate time with your hygienist.

If you don’t see your insurance, call us to find out if we participate with your insurance.

During your initial visit, you will get a full set of x-rays taken, intraoral pictures, and a comprehensive exam done by Dr. David or Dr. Ryan.  With those aspects completed, the doctors can diagnose any current issues, and will speak with you about any health concerns you have or cosmetic issues you would like to pursue.

After the doctor is finished with your exam, you will meet with one of our treatment coordinators to go over any remaining questions you may have and what the doctor decides is the best treatment for you.  Dr. Ryan and Dr. David believe in changing people’s lives by returning their teeth to full functionality so that they can return to a healthy and happy lifestyle that every person deserves.  After you are finished discussing your treatment plan with the treatment coordinator, we will then set you up for a cleaning appointment and get you on the path to a cleaner and brighter smile!

We understand that life has its ups and downs, but don’t let your teeth become victims!  As problems usually continue to degrade your teeth, we advise to take care of issues as soon as possible so they don’t turn into something worse.

That being said, if finances become an issue, we do offer multiple different financing options, even some that start with 0% interest!  When you speak with the treatment coordinator, all financing options will be explained in full to you and some that can approve you within minutes.
